I have received numerous treatments from Keely, including leg and arm waxing, pedicures and fingernail painting over the past 4 years. Really pleased with the results of my hair and my waxing. Eve and Lucy were friendly, polite and listened to what I wanted. Would definitely recommend them. Eve is the beautician and Lucy the hairdresser :)

Visited the beauty hub today for a full leg wax. Lyndsey was welcoming and explained what to expect. She worked fast and efficiently and was very thorough. I especially liked the camomile I have booked for more waxing treatments with Lyndsey.

It was my first time bikini waxing. Zarah was very welcoming and talked me through the whole process. The appointment went by in a blink. But the place is a bit confusing to find for a customer who's never been there before.

Previously I’ve had great experiences here and really enjoyed the service but this time the waxing didn’t feel quite as thorough as usual. Would love to see a little more attention to detail on my next visit.

This was my third time booking in with Zarah, I have been in for brow lamination, lash lift and body waxing and at each appointment Zarah was very professional but also very welcoming and friendly. She puts you at ease and makes sure you are comfortable throughout and goes above and beyond for her customers. I was nervous before my first appointment as in the past I have had my eyebrows over waxed/ tweezed which I told Zarah but she did an amazing job and really listened to what I wanted. She gives great aftercare advice also!
