Once again an absolutely superb massage by Lou. I came away feeling very relaxed and pampered. I have a weekly back massage which is working wonders. I have now had numerous treatments from Lou, including an Indian head massage and waxing. I cannot recommend Lou highly enough. A very professional lady, nothing is too much trouble. Even down to a lovely warm table, much appreciated on these cold days. A truly wonderful experience.

I usually come every 5 weeks or so to Simply Hair and Beauty Lounge for waxing - experience is always 10/10. Laura is incredible, always friendly and helps you to feel at ease. Very knowledgeable and experienced in the services she provides. Today I decided to treat myself and booked a facial - WOW. Experience could not have been better. Relaxing environment, really comfy cozy bed with fluffy blanket. The products smelled amazing and the techniques that Laura used felt so calming and good for my skin. Would 100% recommend. ❤️

Fantastic!!!! I have been here for eyebrows waxed, eyelash lift and dye pedicure, and nails every time I have an awesome experience quality personal service Emma doesn’t rush she takes her time and perfects her service I wouldn’t go anywhere else!!! First time at the salon which is modeern and well presented. I was able to book online at short notice, parking was easy and Claire was available when I walked in. Claire took time to understand what I wanted, checking as she went along. Very happy with the experience.
