I went in for a waxing service and I had a wonderful experience with Maritza! Even though I showed up a little bit late, she completed the entire service, made the whole experience comfortable and painless and told me what she was doing before she did it so I knew what to expect! She was wonderful to talk to and made me feel very comfortable overall. The rooms were clean and smelled lovely and the attention she paid to my hair and skin type and the modifications she made to make sure I didn't end up with any irritated skin was so appreciated. Definitely come here!!

Many a salon in Ipswich I have tried but I always return to Purity. Worth every penny. Love Suzanne - if you're new to waxing or a bit lower on the pain tolerance scale then she's the one for you. Will take her time and use all the techniques to make you feel comfortable without rushing you. Cannot recommend this salon enough.

Hannah was amazing and so calming and relaxing. I had a lip and chin wax which normally is a horrible experience but she made it so calming, and with the hot wax I’ve come away afterwards and it does not sting at all. She has a real soft touch. Really impressed! Xx

Brilliant eyebrow wax, exactly what I wanted. Betty was so gentle and polite during the entire appointment, lovely casual chat. The room was pleasant with natural lighting, fan was on to keep me cool and had a comfortable bed to relax during the procedure. Thank you, will book again.

My beautician was lovely, made me feel comfortable. Very efficient and no soreness after. Only negative was upon inspection when I got home, there seemed to be some hair which was not removed, there were spare hairs here and there and also a small patch. Whenever I’ve had a Hollywood wax in the past, the beautician removed everything then tweased any remaining hairs and also removed any ingrown hairs too which wasn’t done this time round.

Eyebrow wax was excellent, but on arrival 2 staff sitting on their phones in reception, no acknowledgement that I was there, they looked fed up to be there. Not my usual experience at image.

5 Stars! I had an amazing experience at BdonebyB Beauty Salon! From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and pampered. The salon is spotless, beautifully decorated, and has such a calming vibe. I had a full pamper session—nails, facial, massage, and waxing—and every service was done with such care and professionalism. My nails are flawless, my skin is glowing, and I left feeling totally relaxed and refreshed. B is incredibly talented, friendly, and really knows how to make you feel special. I highly recommend this place—definitely my new go-to for beauty treatments!

Lovely experience! It is 5+* from me. Underarm & Hollywood Waxing. Suzanne made me really comfortable & treatment was almost pain-free. Excellent customer service. Great quality of wax. The venue is extremely tidy & welcoming. One of the best experience I have had over my 10 year history with waxing treatments.

Suzanne was absolutely incredible with my wax. She could see i was really anxious, she was so kind and reassuring. She talked to me to keep me calm. She gave me different breathing techniques to help with the pain. It actually was the least painful wax I have had with her help and guidance. I wouldn't want to go anywhere again for a wax. She is brilliant. Emily also did a beautiful job of my nails, they stayed on so well and looked very pretty. She was also very professional, polite, chatty and made the experience very relaxing for me.
