Lovely and welcoming Relaxing treatment

Wow this young lady has movie in the palm of hers hands! Such a beautiful, relaxing experience. I had the Hawaii massage, dermaplan luxury facial and my brows waxed and tinted. Lolly Ann was very knowledgeable and didn’t over share! Which I LOVE! She was very professional and extremely welcoming, just the right amount of both. Her Indian head massage as part of the full body was FABULOUS! She was accommodating to my needs of wanting my stomach massaged too and seemed informed about lymphatic drainage. I even left with a Christmas gift! 10/10 all round, I will definitely be back 🦋🌿🥰

Excellent service as always. I travel from outside of Crawley to see Nicky.. I won't go or see anyone else for my beauty treatments. Nicky is always so obliging and accommodating even coming in on her day off to ensure I could have my treatments before going away.

AMAZING! I would rate more than five stars if I could. Emma is brilliant, an expert in her craft, and she made me feel so comfortable during my treatment (hyperrealism brows). My natural brows are very sparse and uneven, growing in completely different directions, so I thought I would be too complicated a case for this treatment. During the first session (in January), Emma spent so much time planning and redrawing to build my perfect shape before working on the brows. Today we had my top-up session, and I am obsessed with the outcome! I'm so, so happy. Thank you, Emma!

Helen is absolutely fabulous,professional and easy to chat to. I felt no pain and I didn't feel uncomfortable for my waxing. I highly recommend her!

I absolutely love Lolly Ann’s Hair and Beauty Salon. The variety of treatments is amazing and they are all undertaken to the highest standards. I have had my hair, lashes and waxing done and absolutely loved it all. The staff make you feel so at ease and welcome and the salon is clean and tidy. I cannot recommend this salon highly enough.

Jaime is the best beautician, she is amazing. I always get a lot of compliments on my nails. I highly recommend Jaime.

Hannah is so lovely. I have seen her a few times now for lashes and brows in the past few months and I always look forward to our appointments. I had never been for lash infills before I'd met Hannah as I was never 100% happy, but now I wouldn't go anywhere else. She's so welcoming, warm and happy to give her advice. I trust her professional opinion and always feel she goes above and beyond to make sure I am satisfied, plus my lashes and brows always look amazing. Cannot recommend enough! Thank you Hannah ❤️
