Liv was absolutely amazing! I was very, very nervous about my waxing but she was super understanding and made me feel at ease, I couldn’t have had a better experience! This was my first facial so I have nothing to compare it to; The studio was clean and nicely decorated. Service from the staff was excellent, I felt very accommodated and respected. The treatment was so relaxing and calming. Her hands were cold which was lovely because I naturally run quite warm. She also explained what the products were she was going to use and why which was nice to know so I knew what to expect next. I booked my next appointment for the spring time on my way out and look forward to returning!

I went first time for an intimate wax and Liv was amazing and made comfortable during it. Definitely, will be going back. 100% recommend.

After she did my 1st set of nails in December, I had to come back. They lasted over 4 weeks, before I had 1st chip. Never made it that far before. This set I’m really impressed with my snowflake and colours. Can’t stop looking at it. 🤩 thank you

Lovely Hyrdra facial with mask. My skin feels amazing. Definitely recommend this treatment. Also had gels on hands and toes and facial waxing. Been going to Catrina for about 15 years and always come away feeling pampered.

Met Liv the other day to have an intimate wax, it was my very first time and can I just say that I felt so comfortable with her! Such a lovely woman, cannot express how happy I am.
