Another fantastic appointment with Lauren, who does my waxing. As always, she was really friendly and professional. She has that ideal combination of being absolutely lovely (creating a calm, reassuring atmosphere, where you don’t feel embarrassed and can ask any question you like) and being very skilled (so it is pain-free and with excellent results). I recommend Lauren very highly - my friends go to her too, now, and agree that she’s the best in Bath!

Fantastic experience with Bianka. She is extremely friendly and professional. It was a fairly painless waxing experience (Hollywood) which was great. I would really recommend Bianka, I am only visiting Bath for a few days, but it would definitely be my place of choice for all beauty needs if I lived here.

Treatments with Charlotte are always the perfect escape! Calming, professional and I am so pleased with my nails and waxing treatments.

Go here! Sasha is Bath's best kept secret....she's incredible and at 58 I don't look 'done' just fresher. She knows intuitively what to do and she is also the BEST fun professional too. Small wonder it's busy in the salon! Thank you x

I was recommended Lauren by a friend who's gone to Lauren for years. She is just so lovely and really makes you feel comfortable. She has a very warm and bubbly personality, very attentive and non-judgemental. Made my first waxing experience a lot less painful.

The best beautician in Bath. My skin feels fantastic!

I took my two daughters aged 12 and 15 to have their eyebrows waxed and shaped as a half term treat. The girls loved it and Melanie had a wonderful manner with them, making them feel relaxed and listened too. The Cabin is beautifully done a warm calming space. Thank you Melanie, we will definitely be back!

I visited Jess today for a back, neck and shoulder massage whilst away on holiday. She was absolutely incredible! Definitely great value for money. She’s so lovely and really skilled. One of the best massages I have ever had. Thank you so much! I will certainly book again when I’m next in Bath. Highly recommend. Thank you!

I have been going to regularly to Fran to have my waxing done and since the first day I had my first wax with Fran she has consistently made me feel at ease, being very friendly whilst being professional.
