Charlotte was beyond amazing, friendly and knowledgeable, she spoke me through everything and what next steps I should take. Emma is honestly the best! I feel bad that this is the first review I have written for her because I have been going to her for years and after every single treatment (facials, massage, nails, waxing, tints to name just a few!)
