Upon arriving to this chic, modern and emaculate establishment, I was immediately impressed! Shiela is personable, genuinely friendly, authentic, and very professional. I felt comfortable and at ease. The Brazilian waxing was impeccable. I highly recommend a visit to Urban Serenity, and once you do ,you won't want to go anywhere else! I loved it and am so glad to have found this hidden gem.

Moving from Toronto, I’m used to very efficient wax services. I’ve tried the sugaring in Winnipeg at a few places and find it painful and soo slow! Sheila was very receptive to my worries and got things done so quickly and painlessly (or as painless as you can get with a Brazilian wax). She was comfortable using waxing or sugaring and kept me laughing and distracted the whole time. I would definitely recommend her! Also, the prices can’t be beat!

Sheila is a really lovely lady! I recommend her services! Her sugaring is fast and she is thorough. She also makes you feel relax with the vibe of the place. The new place might be a maze, but enter through the side door, go up and the 205 to your right.

I recently had a Swedish massage and it was an incredibly relaxing experience. From the moment I arrived, Sheila made me feel welcomed and comfortable. She was warm and professional, making sure I was at ease throughout the session. The room was perfectly set up — warm, peaceful, and inviting, which only added to the overall calm atmosphere. The massage itself was soothing and just what I needed to unwind. Highly recommend if you're looking for a calming and rejuvenating experience!

Phenomenal! Sheila is so fun and personable. This was my first time getting lash extensions and I could not have picked a better aesthetician. The office is clean, neat, and chic. The room where she did the procedure was warm and cozy. I fell asleep during the process! 11/10, A+++, will absolutely recommend! THANKS AGAIN!!
