My first visit to Dragonfly Aesthetics with Abbey was wonderful. Abbey was a friendly, highly skilled, and professional therapist who immediately made me feel at ease. She took the time to ensure I was comfortable both before and during my appointment, and carefully talked me through what I wanted to achieve with my lashes. She was courteous, easy to talk to, and clearly very knowledgeable. The room was clean and comfortable, which made the whole experience even more relaxing. I felt completely at ease throughout the appointment. I absolutely love my lashes—they’re perfectly done, thank you.

Cassandra is incredibly passionate about her work. She pays attention, never rushes, and is very precise with what she does. I don’t get my brows done often as there usually isn’t much to do, most places finish in 5seconds but she took time to make sure everything was perfectly symmetrical .I’m genuinely happy with the result. She even encouraged me to let her know if anything didn’t look right once I got home, which shows how much she cares about her clients’ satisfaction. I’m really pleased with the outcome. She did an amazing job on both my brows and my brother’s waxing. Highly recommend!

Mel is probably the nicest spray tanner I have met.Made me feel very at ease.. and I could tell on first visit she knows what she is doing.She will probably be my go to tanning queen from now on.

Read good reviews of the threading service they offer and decided to give them a go. Those reviews are not wrong! I have had threading done in different places in Melbourne and also in other parts of the world and this is the least painful experience I have had. Highly recommend and I will certainly be back. Thank you!

This was my 1st time here, it was wonderful! Exceptionally clean & airy.. comfortable seats.. very experienced at threading, waxing, beauty.. l even received a complimentary face massage, which was terrific!! Very gentle, great products. Will be back! Thankyou !!
