Crystal, my therapist, was professional, warm and friendly. The salon was gorgeous - it smelled great, was quiet and private and super clean and professional. Crystal was great about checking in with me re: my preferences all the way through (I had multiple services) and payment at the end was fast and efficient. No high-pressure sales pitch at the end (we all hate that, and it was nice not to have that awkward conversation). Will definitely return :)

I usually see Jess for all my skin care and she is amazing. I’ve recently had my brows tattooed by Chloe, and I could have cried seeing them. She did such an amazing job and I can’t wait to see what they look like healed. I will not go anywhere else !

All the staff at Chantilly Rutherford are so welcoming, friendly and knowledgeable.

The girl was lovely and made sure my brows looked even and whole store is ver em welcoming and relaxing space

Maddy was great at making me feel comfortable before my first wax, she was so nice and did a great job. Will definitely be back!!

this salon is beautiful the energy is amazing and Clara is so sweet, I got my eyebrows waxed and tinted and they turned out better then I imagined 10/10 recommend

Maddy is always so awesome! She’s really easy to talk to which makes the whole experience much less uncomfortable. I’m always happy with my wax and will happily keep coming back.

this was my second time getting my brows done. i didn't enjoy it as much this time because the waxing left my skin covered in tiny pimples. i'm not sure what changed but this didnt happen on my first visit. i do love the look of my brows though, thankyou

Only my econd visit, but wow! Absolutely beautiful! Salon, decor, and the staff... well, truly very kind, gentle and so relaxed. The atmosphere when I walk in makes me instantly relax! Yeap, even through a one hour wax appointment, I was relaxed! Highly recommended.
