After a disappointing experience yesterday, I returned to Lash Design and Maral and team completely turned things around. She was patient, kind, and took the time to explain what was happening with my lashes and how to fix them. She listened to my concerns, made me feel comfortable, and did an amazing job correcting them. The team was incredibly accommodating and professional. I had my lash and brow lamination done with Olha, and I’m absolutely in love with the results! She is very detail-oriented, and everything was done gently and professionally. My lashes look longer and have a beautiful curl , I don’t even need mascara anymore. My brows look very neat and have the perfect shape, while still looking natural. I’d also like to mention the atmosphere -very clean, calm, and comfortable. The results truly exceeded my expectations. I will definitely be coming back and highly recommend her to anyone looking for quality work!
