I have problem lashes, so this was my first time with Sarah. She was brilliant, she listened and understood the problems I've had and what I wanted. She explained everything clearly, so I could understand the process and decide which lashes worked best for me. She was really patient and very professional, even when I was happy with my lashes, she wouldn't let me leave until she was satisfied that they were absolutely perfect! ☆☆☆☆☆

I had my nails done for the first time today and I had a great experience. Saff was friendly and her attention to detail was absolutely incredible!
