I had brow lamination+tint and lash lift+tint with Irina. I was nervous as have not been to a salon before to have a treatment like this. Irina was very welcoming and made me feel at ease. She was very easy to talk to and explained everything very well. The environment was so relaxing I felt like I could fall asleep. Very clean and tidy. I am happy with my results, Irina was very good in checking in with me at the end to see if I was happy.

Literally writing this as I walk home because I’m so chuffed, first ever wax and Elizabeth made me feel so comfortable and safe. I felt respected given the intimacy and looked after in our short appointment! Of course it wasn’t pain free but it was not as bad as I was expecting.
