Highly recommend Lauren, I was so relaxed in the session. I had a 30 minute session focused on my neck and shoulders as been a bit painful recently. Felt amazing afterwards, gonna try for monthly massges now to keep on top of it. Possibly throw in a scalp and hot stone massage in those months somewhere lol A*****
