Natalie really is the best in the business at what she does and she's just a gem of a girl, always so chatty and lovely. Shabana was polite and very experienced .She did a brief skin consultation before the facial and explained the process which she tailored as per my need . she started the facial with a brief session of meditative mindfulness which I thought was very good. I really appreciate her initiative to open this place to help Hospice as well. Thank you.
