First visit to NE to get my lash lift and tint done by Paulina. This is a really lovely welcoming space. And my lashes are fantastic! Paulina has been doing my lashes for quite a while now. Would totally recommend Paulina 100%.

My old salon of 13 years moved location and appointments were no longer practical. I took a chance on The Lab and it’s been amazing. Gorgeous Russian lashes from both Karen and Amanda. The girls are so friendly and easy to talk to ❤️

Sandy is very professional and talks you through everything and makes me feel at ease getting my treatments it's wall to wall chatting and laughing which helps when getting waxing done 😁😂 I would highly recommend this fantastic salon 😊

So today I had my very first appointment with Abbi, and I have to say it was one of the best I’ve had. Not only is Abbi, welcoming, super friendly but also amazing at what she does. I left the salon feeling like I was on cloud nine, and that was only having a lash lift/tint and a brow wax/tint. I’ve had them done at another salon before but this is definitely the best they’ve ever been done and they look fab. Would I recommend Level Up based on my experience..110% yes! 5 stars isn’t enough…see you in 4weeks😁 xx

Vic is so helpful and understanding and really cares about her clients. It’s not about the money for her it’s about the experience and Making sure she is caring for you and getting f it right for you she is the only person I trust with my eyebrows and I am extremely fussy. . Sandi is amazing and is extremely knowledgeable in treatments and skin care. On my first visit she made me very comfortable and is chatty. Ive been for a few facials and microneedling. I would highly recommend.
