The best facial I’ve had this afternoon by Arlene, so welcoming and calming when I arrived - and Arlene made sure I was at ease and comfortable being 8 months pregnant. Everything about the appointment was perfect and very much needed with my pregnancy aches and stresses! Highly recommend!

Very pleased with eyelash lift and tint. This was my first experience of this treatment but Sarah put me at ease and explained each step of the procedure. Would recommend both this treatment as the results are fab and Sarah who is excellent

Absolutely delighted with my results, just what I wanted. Jen is very knowledgeable and I felt very confident that she knew exactly what I wanted to achieve. The clinic is spotlessly clean and welcoming. I have felt discomfort in other clinics but this visit was pain free - to the extent I almost fell asleep. Highly recommend.

I previously sent pictures of what I wanted as requested and meeting Joanna I found her really pleasant and easy to communicate with. The consultation was to discuss exactly what was required and 'try on' the look. I booked an appointment for treatment and another for a touch up and left a deposit.The treatment room is a lovely place too. I wanted a very subtle upper eyeliner, close to the lashes. After initially numbing the area I was pleasantly surprised by how unpainful it was: a bit like putting mascara on with a spiky mascara brush. After about 90 minutes I was very happy with the result

Amazing treatment as always! Deluxe derma plain treatment done last week and my skin still has the glow a week later! Lash lift and eyebrow wax and tint this week and the result is better than I ever expected- I have very short lashes and Keira worked her magic! Ever the professional and fantastic therapist at all things beauty and waxing! Would recommend her to anyone and everyone! 🥰

I've been coming to kiera for years for massage, but this was the first time I've tried hot stone. Wow, what an amazing experience. As soon as the stones touched my back, I felt an instant release and my muscles relaxed immediately. Having suffered with severe back pain for years, this is such a treat to help relax for a while.

Fantastic experience, staff are so friendly and give really valuable advise on what they think would be the best option for you individually regardless of cost, so not trying to up sell something just because it cost more, very honest advice, would highly recommend and will be going here for all my beauty treatments in future x
