My experience with Helen was amazing like it always is. She is such a lovely person, always makes me feel so comfortable and explains what she is going to be doing step by step before she starts. She will always check throughout the appointment if I am okay with everything I am doing. She is always up for a chat but if you would prefer a silent appointment she’ll happily do that too.
