Mia and Julia are very good. they are good on their technique and very attentive to my body. The staff is very professional, they know when to show themselves and when to remove themselves from our sight. Looking forward for my next appointment. The only comment is that when I booked the next appointment at the front desk on Aug 16, 2023 as I mentioned my birthday, they didn't mention any discounts on my birthday, even I paid full price massage fee on my September 1, 2023 appointment. I only received an email from your company that I have 10% discount .

Amazing little hidden gem in the area! Very luxurious feel and immaculately clean. The interior design is so modern, minimal and refreshing. I had Mia for my CBD oil massage, although they do not give RMT reciepts, her skills were excellent and made sure i was comfortable the entire treatment. You get a little welcome cosmetic bag on your first visit as well as nice refreshments after a treatment which was a plus. I will definitely return for another day.

This was my first time visiting Pemberley and the experience was amazing! Of course the ambience and aesthetics are on point but what I didn't expect was the above and beyond service - I've never felt so much like a VIP before and I truly appreciate how special the whole staff made me feel, I could definitely have spent hours there. Mia was very attentive to my comfort and asked all the right questions to give me the best service. My skin is still glowing from the facial and you can barely tell I even had my stubborn blackheads extracted. Thank you so much for the lovely day!

Great experience! My girlfriend and I went to for a couples massage and the masseuses did a great deep tissue massage. The accommodations and the space were also amazing. Highly recommended.

Such a luxurious and relaxing experience! Clean facilities, attentive staff, amazing estheticians. I did a facial and massage and both were spectacular - they did a skin test to assess what I needed and the full body massage removed all my knots. Will definitely be returning regularly!

I've had massages in 40 different countries, but this was the best massage I've ever had. I am very satisfied with the good attitude of the manager there and the kind staff and the high quality of work and positive energy.

This spa is beautiful and very welcoming. I was visiting Toronto on a girls trip and Pemberley Springs Spa Eden was our choice and I’m so glad it was. Everything about this place was beautiful from the time we walked in to receiving our slippers and lockers. The locker room was super cute and spacious. My massage professional was amazing hitting all the spots I needed worked on, I received the 90min CBD massage. I would recommend this spa to anyone traveling in the area. And I will definitely visit them again when coming back!

I got body massage and facial treatment, Mia did my massage she is great knows very well what she is doing, Eva was my aesthetician she was great she recommended the right facial for what I needed. This is the most gorgeous spa in Toronto!! Such lovely staff and beautiful environment to relax. Julia gave a wonderful full body massage despite the short duration and was able to loosen the knots in my shoulders. Eva then gave me such a relaxing and detail-oriented facial. I loved how knowledgeable she was and she spent a lot of time to perfect my skin and even eyebrows. Finished off wish some tea and desserts - such an appreciated touch. Thank you and definitely will be back!
