EXCELLENT!! Came to the Jesmond Chain for the first time to get a sunkissed balayage and loved the whole experience! Sylvie was an amazing stylist and coloured my hair beautifully, very attentive throughout! As a newbie to hair colouring, would 100% recommend Sylvie to anyone wanting to come to the Boilerhouse. My colour needed a refresh and Zahra was able to offer an experienced eye to update it and synchronise it with previous balayage. She managed to fit in additional lighter foils for face framing in addition to taking the darker colour through the length in portions to unify this and I am so pleased with the result. Her professionalism and attention to detail shone through and I'm really glad I chose her. Thank you 🙏

I had a disaster after combing out very long dreadlocks, so came in to the salon with very damaged and odd length hair hoping for a miracle. I was really worried about sorting it out and I can only describe the restyle I got here as magical and looked better than I could have ever expected given the damage. I've been going to Boilerhouse Ouseburn for a while and always have a fab experience! They take such time and care with you and all of the staff are super friendly. I recently got a balayage and cut from Ettie and it was exactly what I asked for - she did a great job. Really worth the money and I'd definitely recommend!
