Great haircut. I was visiting Coventry from Cambridge and booked in a couple of days ago as I'd been to my local hairdressers and had a really bad cut earlier in the week. Hair Lab and House of Beauty was excellent. Thank you (my confirmation said it was with Jenny). Very happy customer. Will have to wait until my next trip to Coventry for my next haircut now!!

Been coming to this salon for over a year now, even I moved to the next town and I still come to Coventry for my beauty treatments because Shaf is so lovely, empathetic and kind hearted person. Definitely feel as though I’m in good hands, treated with respect and we always have a lovely chat together. I know she’s opening a new salon soon and I can’t wait to see how it is. ❤️

I had such a lovely experience with Tegan! She was so kind and patient with me from start to finish. I have really long hair and honestly felt a bit sorry for her, but she handled it like a pro and never made me feel rushed. All of the staff were so welcoming too. I was quite nervous going in as a new client, especially as I haven’t had my hair done properly in years due to past experiences. But they immediately made me feel comfortable and at ease. I’m so happy with the result and will be using Tegan for as long as she’ll have me! Thank you so much 💛

On time and friendly service as usual

I went for a hair consultation for balayage and a hair cut. The hair tech explained and also suggested what would suit me well, without just agreeing to whatever I asked. I then got a face framing haircut and got what was flattering for my face. Looking forward to coming back here. Keep up the good work.

Jake did a fantastic balayage - the colours were exactly what I wanted! Jake always gives great hair care advice and tips, which is always helpful.

Wonderful balayage by Saira, exactly the cut and colour I asked for. It’s the second time she’s done my hair and have been really impressed both times. Very professional, would definitely recommend.

This is the best experience I’ve had in Coventry. I’ve been a few times now to Hair Lab for hairdressing and I’ve had mani/pedi in the past too. The staff are genuinely lovely people who move heaven and earth to fit you in where they can even if you’ve walked in off the street that day. The first time I came for a haircut last year I had had a botched job somewhere else and they fixed it for me, it looked great afterwards. I’ve since returned for restyles, and most recently a perm and layers. They taught me what products to use on my new curls, and cut the layers to suit my face beautifully.

Very positive and good probably the best hairdressers in Coventry.

I had an amazing experience today from the minute I walked in the atmosphere was warm, clean and very welcoming. Thanks Bev, Monica and staff at this local salon.

I highly recommend Treat Hair and Beauty in Coventry and specifically Natasha for anyone looking to get a perm and haircut for their son. I went in with my son for a short back and side skin fade and was blown away by how great of a job Natasha did. The end result was even better than what I had expected and my son walked out feeling so confident. The salon itself has a great atmosphere, and the staff was very friendly and accommodating. Overall, a fantastic expericence and we will definietly be returning in the future. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
