Visited yesterday with my daughter. Was feeling very apprehensive but Claire put me as ease straight away. Her kindness and professionalism was outstanding. Found the perfect wig straight away and Claire even cut me in a little fringe. Made me cry but happy tears as all so very emotional. Thank you Claire you are a super star 🌟

Never did I think, you would hear the words ‘I love my hair’ from me. However, Morgan's Wigs, Hair Loss Solutions & Training Academy Chester encouraged me to ‘get the chop’. For years I’ve tied my fine (and getting finer with age) limp hair up. With the help of a couple of tiny taped extensions at each side, I have a ‘BOB’ …. a ‘BOB’ that looks thick and healthy. A ‘BOB’ that people actually compliment on every single day. I have hair I LOVE! 😳 Thank you thank you thank you ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Claire and the staff were very attentive and understanding. They go above and beyond to make you feel comfortable and meet your needs (lovely cuppa tea and biscuits were most appreciated too!) There were no suitable wigs for me in the shop today. However, I was able to order a couple in which I really like the look of. I’m giving 5 stars because of the great service. And I look forward to my next appointment when the wigs arrive. It’s great to have this kind of shop right here in Chester! Thank you 🙏🏾

Morgans Chester is fantastic. If your worried about seeing someone about your hair because it is thinning and you want to lpok at different solution then please do book in with Rebecca. She is extremely experienced puts you at ease, and doesnt push you. She guides you, so you can achieve your best look. Best thing I ever did was seeing Rebecca. All the staff are so nice and welcoming and Claire is lovely- very knowledgeable and she really put me at ease during my first visit- this was my second time at the Chester branch with my husband, to collect my first topper. It’s a beautiful shade and style- it looks perfect on me and I’ll feel a lot happier and more confident wearing it! Thank you for being so patient and helpful while I chose another style to try.
