Her skill with highlights and colour is exceptional—she always knows exactly what will look best, and I am constantly getting compliments on my hair. What makes her truly special, however, is the atmosphere she creates. Our chats are always the highlight of my appointment; they're enlightening and leave me feeling refreshed and positive. My experience at Suite Thirteen Hair Design continues to be positive. The salon is clean and well organized, the location is central and there is good parking. My daughter and I are clients of Ying Tan. Ying is an expert in colouring and cutting. My daughter lives in Rome, Italy. Before coming to Ottawa she makes an appointment with Ying for a colour and cut. I live in Ottawa and see Ying every six weeks. Ying is a careful listener to our needs and my daughter and I have always been really happy with the results. We both highly recommend her.
