Absolutely outstanding. Far exceeded expectations. I was in town for a conference and decided I needed a massage. I just found Natural Balance Therapies online and was assigned a therapist according to availability. I've gotten massage therapy from quite a lot of people over the years, and perhaps this was the best one yet. Very impressed with her ability to read the body, find just the right spot, and apply just the right amount of pressure. I felt looser and springier after the session. She's also the only massage therapist who didn't trigger a tickle response ever.

First time having a lymphatic drainage massage and it was a perfect choice after my running event!

Loved my first lymphatic drainage massage. Alice was very informative, explaining everything as she worked. Although it’s a gentler treatment you certainly feel lighter afterwards. I will definitely be back for another session. Love the treatment room too, it’s a lovely and relaxing space.

Lovely massage, tension in neck and shoulders has eased and feeling nice and relaxed for the weekend. Will be booking in again soon 👍

Alice is truly incredible! This is my second full body + Indian head massage I’ve had with her (1.5 hours long) and I feel so so relaxed and chilled afterwards. She hears your concerns and asks if she needs to focus on a specific area and then listens to the needs of your body throughout. Would recommend her to anyone, 100/10 best massage I’ve ever had! My first time here but felt very comfortable & welcomed. I had a back neck & head massage which felt amazing with just the right pressure, all the tension I was holding has now gone. I also had the add on face cupping.. also recommend ! Such a great feeling. Thankyou x
