Facial massage is so good. Quite a thorough facial. Skin feels clean. But if you have sensitive skin might not be for you. overall, it was good.

Booked this for a birthday treat and was so excited that there was finally a head spa in Portsmouth! First of all Chloe is the kindest, calming and attentive person made my visit very relaxing from start to finish. The treatment was bliss- I booked in for the Kyoto which included arm and hand massages, head massage, hair wash, scalp analysis a blow dry and so much more. Chloe also showed me the after results of my scalp on the machine and you could instantly see the benefits of the treatment. Would highly recommend anyone to have this, I will be back soon! Thank you Chloe :) xx
