Dwayne was very nice and pleasant. It was a soothing massage and he was very gentle, asked how much pressure i wanted. Nonetheless, I wish he listened more to what I requested and focused on the specific parts of my body that needed more massage as I am aware time is limited.

I’ve been having regular acupuncture sessions with Linda for the past few months, and I honestly can’t recommend her enough. She is incredibly professional, kind and skilled. Today I had a Reiki session with Dragos, and it was an amazing experience. From the beginning, he made me feel very welcome, calm and safe. He has a very kind presence and a genuine way of caring for people. During the session, I felt deeply relaxed and supported. Dragos works with great sensitivity, attention and respect. I left the session feeling lighter, more balanced and at peace. Dragos is an excellent therapist with a real gift. I had a deep tissue massage with Kan@UCLH spa yesterday evening and it was excellent.She paid attention to where I was holding tension and worked through those areas with utmost care,skill and attention .The stretches were helpful and made my whole body feel more open. I experienced Shiatsu with Hiroe. Wonderfully calming and super relaxed environment; soothing music, light mist of essential oil and heated blanket! Hiroe's gentle but firm manipulation was so relaxing that I actually forgot where I was several times because I had dropped into such a deep relaxation. I feel so much better both mentally and physically. I am very grateful. Cannot recommend this enough.

Amazing experience! Carmen was recommended by my wife to me as I was experiencing pain from my trapezius muscles. When I left I could immediately feel the results. I visited Carmen to have a lymphatic drainage massage and it was amazing! She was warming, friendly and professional, whilst continuing to make sure I was comfortable and feeling okay throughout the session. Carmen also gave me great advice as to how I could help my body manage certain pain and issues. Would 100% visit her again and recommend.
