Mary is beyond amazing. You can tell she takes her craft very seriously. She is methodical and detailed in the process and also very personable and friendly. Recently I had an application of brow tint that just didn’t quite take, no fault of the actual application but just a fluke. Mary made sure to bring me back in to address the areas I was concerned about and even made sure to take extra steps to avoid damage to my brows with the second rendition of coloring. As long as she is still open in Kalamazoo Portage area I will be faithful customer and recommending her to all my friends .

I had my first ever facial with Ella. She was calming and so sweet. To the heated bed, the heated towels and the massages I was in heaven. The small things like the smells, the burning candles,the vines on the ceiling, even the sounds that where playing really put me in a state of relaxation I've never felt. I have nothing negative to say about the experience. I will recommend this place to any and everyone looking to get a moment of peace for themselves. My face feels so clean and soft and I can't wait to explore more of what they offer.

Mary was great! She explained what she was doing as she was doing it. Told me the benefits of dermazen facial. Didn't know what to expect with microblading but it was like having a cat lick your face, not painful at all! I would recommend her for sure.

First ever facial @ 75 Kayla was super nice, informative, knowledgeable and had great hands. My face feels great!

If I could rate this a 10 star, I 100% would! Alexandra made the service ibu far one of the best services I have ever had! If you love pampering, then you need to add this to the top of your list. It was a combination of ultimate relaxation; I had a slight headache and the tension lifted when the water and the pressure points started.. AND the massage… WOW (even my arms and hands got some love). Highly recommended. Alexandra certainly is talented and now my hair wash day just got a facelift! 😍

Love how hydrated my face feels immediately afterward and my skin feels smooth for weeks after each visit.

I’ve had my lashes done before, and my eyes are super sensitive—so I was a little nervous going in. But this lash artist was amazing! She used hypoallergenic products, which made a huge difference, and she was so professional and kind when I had a little itching. She really knew how to help me feel comfortable. Not only did my lashes turn out gorgeous, but the whole appointment was quick and efficient—no sitting there forever! She’s clearly very skilled at what she does. And the option to use headphones during the appointment? Total bonus. Highly recommend!

Oh my GOSH!!! I have never had lashes done before. I was nervous and unsure as soon as we started talking i felt so good. I didn’t even feel her putting the lashes on. I will definitely be back!!
