I'd like to te recommend Brusha from all my heart! The place is very clean and more than welcome and the products and equipment used are at the highest standards. Brusha's hands doing my first ever Glass skin facial are magical, and the skills doing the canulations for my IV drips ( energy booster: mineral and vitamins) could make a lot of phlebotomist and nurses jealous. She is a real professional and a lovely lady ready to explain all the steps of the procedure requested

Su is fantastic hairdresser and genuinely nice caring person. She goes above and beyond when it comes to customer service, care, advice and experience overall. I only go to ooh hair and beauty to get my hair done and i wouldn't change that. Su cuts and dyes my hair and has been helping me care for my post pregnancy hair changes for the last 5 years (2 kids within this time!) I always got loads of compliments on my hair and it's been worth every penny!

It was my first time experiencing a lip blush! I’ve lost the pigmentation in my lips for ages and there isn’t anyone else I’d trust apart from Isabel. I’ve trusted her with my brows and lashes and now my lips! She is always so comforting and ensures you’re happy with everything before you leave - An extra bonus is her playlist and her personality that makes you laugh during all treatments!

I came to have my Eyebrows Threaded & Tinted , shaped back up & upper lip Threaded Today 26th September 2025 on the fantastic offer of £10 and absolutely Love them. The Lady that done them was lovely she made me feel and look Great in myself such a lovely Lady. I shall Definitely be back again. 👍👍❤️

Honestly, Bushra is a miracle worker. And she's so gentle! It was the most thorough face wax I've ever had. But it was also the least painful :)

Wonderful, bespoke service. Treid new colours after a long cinsultation with Su. I'm really pleased with the results. Just to add, new girl Autumn, l met was very attentive to detail and made sure my colour was done properly. She paid particular attention to make sure my clothes were protected from the water, made sure there was no colou staining of my face. This was the same with other customers.

I wish I could give more than 5 stars! From start to finish the pamper day was wonderful, from my mani and pedi, to my full body massage and prescription facial. My skin feels amazing, my nails and toes are perfect, and my face, glowing! I will definitely be doing this again! Sophia, Elisha, thank you for helping me destress and relax. X

So so welcoming. i had a hollywood wax and it wasn’t awkward at all. the best wax i’ve had she didn’t miss a single hair. 100% recommend!!
