My first experience with Natalia was really good. She is very professional, reassuring, knowledgeable. She has done proper assessment of my health, skin needs and daily skincare routine. She was able to demonstrate different approaches and solutions without imposing it. Although there's a long way ahead before me after my first treatment I could see and feel visible difference. My face is brighter, softer and redness has calm down a lot. The treatment venue is very pleasant, bright and clinically clean which for me personally is also important.

Outstanding treatments as always. Georgia is friendly, professional and has a wonderful eye for detail. I absolutely LOVE my nails and lean on Georgia for advice on colours and designs. My eyebrows perfectly frame my face and I can’t recommend her services enough!!

Tonight I treated myself to the Indian head massage and it didn’t disappoint, in fact it was fantastic and as with all Lauren’s luxury treatments it was much more than your usual head massage, it included back, neck, arms & face. I think a good nights sleep will follow! 😴 Thank you Lauren 🥰

Visited for the first time today after a friend recommended to me, I was not disappointed! I am made up with my hair cut it is exactly what I asked for. Perfect experience I will be back! :)

I had microdermabrasion and then the whole face, neck and décolletage were collagen treated. I recommend the treatment to every woman who has dry skin at this time of year. the temperature outside is low, it's windy, and in the houses we turn on the central heating, so the skin needs proper moisturization from the outside, not only from the inside. I recommend the treatment and Natalia, who first assessed what my skin really needed and interviewed me.

Amazing, Natalie is so lovely & calming. Very professional as well, answered all my questions & worked with me on what I wanted! I had my navel pierced and passed out afterwards🙈 not the first time it’s happened, but Natalie was there to catch me (literally) and very reassuring afterwards. Couldn’t recommend her enough, will definitely be coming back for other piercings and hopefully not hitting the deck again🤣. Thank you so much Natalie! X
