I'm a very nervous client when it comes to waxing. I had an awful experience 10 years ago & I've clearly never got over it. Rachel made me feel so comfortable & really reassured me. I'd absolutely go back to her for some waxing & would highly recommend.

Good communication from Lesa, message wise and face to face. Only booked the appointment earlier that morning, having never used Lesa before and having not had a haircut for aaaages. Good online booking system and Lesa listened to ideas I had, whilst imputting her own. Really pleased with the result. Thank you!

I absolutely love going to see Ester at Mood, she’s been doing my eyebrows for a number of years and today I had my first gua sha facial with her. I can honestly say it’s the best treatment I’ve had - before the treatment I felt my skin and face were looking/feeling tired, stressed & dehydrated but afterwards I felt as if I’d had a complete face lift! My skin was glowing, soft & smooth and my whole face felt boosted & alive again after 12months of anxiety and neglect taking its toll. Great value for money, great service & great spa!
