Lucy was welcoming and engaging. I hate waxing but Lucy was empathetic and gentle. The appointment was slightly longer than expected however Lucy I belive is new so this will resolve itself the more she does. Overall happy with my appointment and definitely recommend... thanks ladies 😁

Dorothy is very knowledgeable and I trusted her completely to do my permanent eyebrows. I am delighted with them. Lovely professional environment.

I have just had hair stroke brows done by Dot and I absolutely love them! I had previously had microblading which was faded and Dot corrected the shape and colour of my brows, planning everything with great attention to detail and making sure I was completely happy before she started working. I had had a bit of a wobble on the day of the appointment and had messaged Dot, she was so helpful, answered all my questions and offered to reschedule until I felt confident in my decision. I needn’t have worried and am so happy with my new brows. I would highly recommend her and she’s also lovely!
