I had a great experience here. From the moment I walked in, Nausheen was incredibly welcoming, making me feel at ease right away. She was professional, thorough, and made sure I was comfortable throughout the process. The wax used was gentle on my skin, and I barely felt any discomfort. The entire experience was quick, efficient, and relatively painless. My skin felt smooth and soft afterward, and I left the salon feeling confident and refreshed. The lash lift and tint was equally amazing. Highly recommend this salon for anyone looking for a great waxing and lash experience!

Mel does my lash extensions and masseter Botox. I used to have problems with teeth grinding - the masseter injections have made such a big improvement since I started getting them done at Mel’s! As an added bonus, my face looks less round and puffy, and my jawline is more defined. Always a great experience with fantastic results - thanks Mel!

I had the Elemis pro glow smooth facial with the galvanic and high frequency add on due to my inability to be decisive in which treatment i wanted with the time I had avaliable. My face looks like I'm 21 again. I loved the facial and results so much I've booked in to have it once a month. The effects of teaching and the 18 hour days have been replaced with a youthful glow. I've been to so many different places for waxing over the years and have never been 100% happy with it (I do it professionally myself so I'm really hard to please!) I will never go anywhere else again, just a fantastic service, she's such a perfectionist with it and so friendly, really puts you at ease in what could be a really awkward situation (intimate waxing!) Highly highly recommended xx

I was really anxious and at 64 I thought there was nothing that would help my aging skin and face. Mel put me at ease straight away and explained the treatment she recommended. I took the plunge and went ahead and I am so glad I did. The results after just a few weeks were amazing and I feel so much more confident in myself. A sensational facial. I have never had such an indulgent treatment. I must of had ten+ products on my face, steam and ultra sonic treatment. All set within a beautiful clean, relaxing environment. I was made to feel relaxed and comfortable. (The heated beds are also a lovely touch). Elda was professional and attentive. I really felt like that was money well spent and will be returning very soon 💞 thank you so much

Another fabulous massage! This time a one hour full body massage, she added hot stones complimentary! Oil was lovely and warm, so was the massage bed. There was a comfy cushion for my face aswell. I really enjoyed the massage and would highly recommend. At the end, she gave me a glass of water with lemon slices. Amazing service.

Have been visiting charli for a few years to get eyebrows done, she also removed some face moles I had. excellent team & service, highly recommended xx
