Well what can I say at the age of 60 I decided I needed a little help , after a consultation and lots of help and advice from Rachel I went for the vampire facial I was dreading it but it was absolutely painless , Rachel explained everything she was doing ,my face feels lifted and tight and my skin has a lovely glow I can defo see an improvement and I can’t wait to see the progress as the plasma starts to work , I’m booked in again in 6 weeks and can’t wait ! Oh Zarah what an absolute babe you are! I’m obsessed with my lashes every time and retention is always on point 😍 I trust Zarah with basically every hair on my body and she never disappoints!!!! Another great service given by April today. Nails and waxing done and looking amazing. Also was advised by April about a query I had regarding my skin issues and came away with a couple of face treatments (face serum and moisturiser).

I’ve gone for two separate treatments over the week - lash lift and eyebrow wax and illumi facial. Both women are really good at what they do, the waxing is so gentle and the lash lift very effective. Daniela really knows what she’s doing when it comes to face peels and laser, and ensured the treatment was safe above all else.

Nok is just the best in the business when it comes to brows. She always makes me feel so welcome in her treatment room and transforms my sparse, pale eyebrows into defined, arched face framers! I have actually moved house and no longer live locally but still travel back to see Nok as she is so great at what she does.

Me and my boyfriend had amazing deep cleaning facial done with Daniela. She was super friendly, kind, knowledgeable and professional. We both now have baby-skin faces and will definitely go again. Being from South Africa, I desperately needed to find a good waxing clinic. Yana was absolutely professional and thorough with my wax. Usually, after a wax, I still have lots of stray hairs that are missed but Yana really got them all. The space is beautiful and clean as well. I highly recommend this place- you won’t regret it at all.

I had the best experience with Melania. I previously went to hairdresser in London, but I didn’t get what i wanted. However, Melania just turned everything around and I ended up leaving with the biggest smile on my face. My hair looked exactly what I wanted, and exactly how I imagined. I will be returning. I highly recommend, they’re true fairies in there!

I had my first lymphatic face massage today. It was incredible, signe has magic hands !. Best massage I have ever had on my face. I can also say the same about the neck, shoulder and back massage too.

This was my third time booking in with Zarah, I have been in for brow lamination, lash lift and body waxing and at each appointment Zarah was very professional but also very welcoming and friendly. She puts you at ease and makes sure you are comfortable throughout and goes above and beyond for her customers. I was nervous before my first appointment as in the past I have had my eyebrows over waxed/ tweezed which I told Zarah but she did an amazing job and really listened to what I wanted. She gives great aftercare advice also!

I went to Salon 81 for a Hollywood Wax after having a not so good experience at another salon. I was apprehensive about my appointment because of my previous experience but within minutes of being there I felt so comfortable. April was incredibly friendly and kind. She was very professional, conversational and reassuring throughout the whole process and made it as painless as a waxing appointment can be! Super pleased with the results. Couldn’t recommend enough!! I will definitely be going back.

I’ve never had any kind of treatment on my face before but over the last few years I’ve noticed the lines around my mouth and nose getting deeper and I’ve become really conscious of them. Rachel has done my nails for about 7 years so when I spoke with her about the new treatments she offered, I thought I’d give it a go. Rachel was just fantastic! She talked me through everything as she did it, step by step so I knew what to expect. I was nervous but really didn’t need to be, the needles are so tiny you hardly even notice! For anyone thinking about it, do it! I cant recommend Rachel enough x

This soft touch massage was super relaxing and allowed me to completely chill out. It was a great mixture of a soft head massage, hair playing, face touching and soft touches on my chest, neck, shoulders and arms. The atmosphere in the room and relaxing music added to it perfectly. Would highly recommend!! Took me back to my childhood when my parents would softly tickle my arms and back to put me to sleep!!
