I had the reset and glow facial this afternoon with Clare and I cannot recommend Clare and the treatment enough! I received a voucher for Ro Skin for my birthday I haven’t been before and don’t often get a facial so was a lovely treat. Clare was so welcoming, friendly and very knowledgable. The room was cosy, warm and so relaxing. Whilst the face mask was on Clare gave a neck, shoulder arm and hand massage which I was not expecting but was amazing! I will definitely be booking in for another facial in the future and a regular massage. Thank you so much. Danielle x

Michelle is brilliant!! I have never been happy with anyone doing my eyebrows in the past as they have always made a mess of them but Michelle did a fantastic job of waxing and tinting them! I am so pleased and the pedicure she did was great, my feet feel and look so nice. Thank you Michelle x

Excellent - booked in for a Bikini wax and decided to also try a Nostril wax. TBH I keep on at my husband to get his done but he says its going to hurt too much so I gave it a try and will definitely be having it done again. I thought it was just for the gent's but ladies out there give it ago, it was a little uncomfortable but what waxing isn't.

Emma is brilliant, at the start of each appointment she goes through any concerns you may have and explains fully what she is going to do and why, and takes the time to answers all my extra questions! What can I say apart from wow! After watching the video of the new Ice globe facial I wanted to book. This was the first time having this experience and it was amazing, I felt so relaxed that I think I fell asleep and yeah might have snored oops! Seriously this facial gets a 20/10 for me. I loved the coldness and the warmth and my face felt so refreshed. The neck massage was lush too. Thank you so much Keely, I would definitely recommend this new facial xx 😊

I recently used the Celluma device for a week at home, l found the results amazing! Skin appearance was improved on back and top of my arms using the blue light, on my face, neck and leg scar l used the red light . Charlotte was very helpful with explaing how to use the machine and it's benefits within the clinic setting which was clean and inviting. I would highly recommend Charlotte and her clinic.
