Oh my god I'm absolutely chuffed to bits. I've tried a few brow lamination places and often been very underwhelmed by the result but here, Nicola is amazing, I feel like my entire face looks better. She's super skilled n what she did was nothing short of wizardry. I feel like she's took years off my face age. Have already rebooked because now I've def found the one to upkeep my brows. Natalia has been brilliant with helping to make a plan for my acne that I am struggling with on my chin and jaw area. It’s a marathon not a sprint but I feel like we’re making great progress. Also loving the forma RF for the upper part of my face and neck. I'm loving the glow! Thank you so much.

I had a Facial Deep Cleansing with Natalia, and it was absolutely incredible. The treatment began with a gentle, deeply relaxing massage of the face and décolleté — pure bliss. Then the real magic started: the cleansing was so precise that my skin was left fresh, glowing, and without a single mark. I could literally feel it breathing. Natalia also shared personalised home-care tips, which was super helpful. The session ended with a lymphatic drainage body massage — warmth spread through my whole body, and I felt this deep, pleasant trembling inside. Truly unreal. I highly recommend her!

I had a prescriptive manicure after always struggling with my nails, I’ve now been coming to Poppy for some time now and my nails have not been in such a good for a very long time. She always takes the time to explain what she does & what products she’ll be using and why. She always exceeds my expectations and I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my nails now. I also come to Poppy for my lash lifts, brow waxes and plan on having a facial with her soon. Her customer service is always perfect too, she will have a drink at your request prepared for you which is always nice as I visit after work
