Always great results with Natasha; it’s been 3 weeks since my lash extensions and - on holiday in Spain - they’ve been subjected to 42 degree heat + humidity, salt and sand, chlorine from the pool (and being in and out of water all day at that), air conditioning, not taking my makeup off at night after too many Sangria’s, sleeping in late - face mushed into my pillow (see aforementioned sangria)…all manner of tough conditions! They are still in great shape, making my face look very well put together even though I’m chucking on minimal cosmetics for the evening and nothing during the day.

Bell is brilliant at waxing. Professional, fast, painless and has the ability to make you feel relaxed and comfortable.

First time appointment at Phoenix with Elise for leg waxing. Elise created a professional, friendly and welcoming environment. My legs were left silky smooth and I was made to feel comfortable throughout. Will definitely be returning.

Vanessa was so lovely. She was a welcoming face when I arrived and was easy to talk to on our way to the room. The massage was excellent and really helped relax my body after a stressful week. Full marks from me.

I won my facial with Chill in a raffle, and I was really looking forward to it. It was very relaxing and Vanessa was so lovely and friendly. My face feels soft and moisturised, and the hand and arm massage was a bonus I hadn’t expected. Thank you so much.

First visit to Phoenix today and had a really great experience. Went for a waxing with Belle who was brilliant and really lovely. Would definitely recommend and have made another appointment.
