As soon as Sehar touched my face was relaxed. She has such a firm and gentle touch. I have very sensitive skin, so Sehar explained what she’d be using and I felt completely reassured and confident that I wouldn’t have a reaction. Post treatment my face is SNATCHED and glowing. I have a runny nose which is a great sign - my lymphatic system is doing its job. The aftercare was top tier and easy to remember and follow. This is my second facial with Sehar and I wouldn’t have it any other way. See you next time, Sehar!

This was the best facial I've ever had (and I have had lots!). The face massages were so relaxing and Polly is clearly very skilled and knows what she is doing because my skin was glowing afterwards. I cannot recommend enough. I am going to become a regular now!

Jay is as fantastic. I usually use my other beauty place, but today was an emergency and booked Jay for the 1st time. She was absolutely fabulous and very professional. Also she simply was genuinely a very nice and thoughtful person. She did my waxing super delicate knowing that I have a very sensitive skin. Staff are always warm and welcoming.I started with the infrared sauna which was the ideal way to start my session.I followed this with a massage and facial with Beth.The attention to what my body and face needed was impeccable and I left feeling fantastic. Overall the whole experience was pure bliss.

Piera is an absolute master of brows. She is so incredibly precise, taking them to ensure both brows are symmetrical, to making sure your brow arch hits the right spot, to trimming the brows. Gone are the days of aimless plucking/threading/waxing, she’s an absolute master sculptor! Honestly the best brows I’ve ever had- she’s amazing. Cherry on the cake- she’s a lovely person and the spa in itself is HEAVEN

I can't express enough how grateful I am for the incredible experience we had at the salon. My son is autistic, and we’ve faced challenges in finding a place that would accommodate his needs. We've been turned away by several salons due to his specific requirements, so I was feeling quite discouraged. However, the team here, especially Simone, was exceptionally patient and understanding. They truly made us feel welcomed and supported. I can't thank them enough for their compassion and care. I've already booked our next appointment, and I wholeheartedly recommend this salon to anyone :)

I had a really good experience getting the halal full package tint. I had a few questions and everything was explained clearly beforehand. The technician was very friendly, professional, and took her time shaping my brows to suit my face. I’m really happy with the results my brows look full, natural, and nicely defined. The only small thing I’d mention is that the appointment is around two hours long, so it would have been nice to be offered a drink or hot drink during that time. Other than that, it was a great experience.

I showed him a couple of reference photos for my haircut, and the result was even better than I expected. He truly brought a new light to my face with his work. Marina is absolutely passionate and 100% around customers satisfaction, not been to a salon before that goes above and beyond, henna brows were perfectionally done, I've not had 1 brow for 2 years the hair had fallen out, the shape marina did was perfect for my face, and I was so happy seeing both brows equal now, I never leave reviews but honestly I was so impressed with professionalism and dedication from marina. The massage was fantastic, so relaxing and heavenly. Thank you marina and nusret.

Friendly staff make you feel so comfortable. Even the receptionist makes time to compliment on your hair Ana Maria is a warm person and an experienced hairdresser knows exactly what cut and colour suits your complexion and face contour.

Cannot recommend Polly highly enough. All her treatments are a 5* experience. Today I’m just back from the most beautiful facial treatment. Back in February I’d not had a facial in over a decade as ‘didn’t like having my face touched’ but decided to try one, just wow, Polly talked through everything she was doing which was so reassuring and the feeling and the glow to my skin is incredible, so much so friends have asked what I’m doing! This year she has transformed my self care, I’m now a regular and look forward to my monthly treat to myself.

Rhea is absolutely amazing. I’ve been going to her regularly and wouldn’t trust anyone else! Her Hollywood, legs, underarm waxing and full-face threading are completely painless and always done to perfection. She’s professional, gentle, and truly a top-tier beautician. Highly recommend!
