Friendly and helpful staff. Lovely friendly welcome. Salon ambience is perfect. Staff appear happy in their work. Kind and caring to client and put them at ease. Lucy is friendly, warm, professional, and great at what she does –I always leave my waxing appointment feeling smooth and fresh!
