I had an amazing experience with Amy, not only did I feel pampered but the products used on my face smelled lovely and my face feels amazing, the whole facial had me feeling so relaxed I was falling asleep, I was not rushed out at the end of my facial and was even made a herbal tea to finish my blissful time at Noubalm, I will definitely be back for another de-stress again. Jane was amazing, really kind and chatty to keep me distracted! Lycon waxing was the least painful wax I’ve had! Definitely recommend

AJ makes you feel comfortable not only in yourself but my face as well. He goes through the procedure as he’s doing it and gives you options to choose for aftercare to help your skin. This is my second time going to AJ and I actually can’t wait for more treatments. The room is so calm, calming music I find it easy to relax as if someone who has ADHD, wouldn’t go to anyone else.

I am over halfway through my block booking of laser with Jane and I'm absolutely blown away by how amazing it has been. I've always hated shaving my legs and waxing was always a pain waiting for it to grow so having laser has really changed everything for me as I don't even have to think about it anymore. My hair is practically non existent and the odd hair that has grown back is so fine and will go by the end of the course. Jane always made me feel at ease for each session and made sure that I was comfortable and happy with the strength of the laser. 1000% would recommend laser with Jane.

Had the Lycon waxing today. Jane was amazing. I have always experienced pain in the past with any type of waxing and it has always been painful. Well not anymore. Jane made feel relaxed and explained the theory about using Lycon hot wax rather than strips and why this technique was virtually pain free. It was amazing and has restored my faith to continue with waxing.... But only with Jane Thank-you
