Best experience I’ve ever had ! I believe I was with Alice - she was funny and professional at the same time, and she definitely knew what she was doing. I tend to get a little nervous at hair appointments since the scissors and straightener come very close to my face, but I wasn’t worried even once this time! Will definitely go back in the future !

Once again, I've had a lovely experience in The Look, everyone is so friendly. I had a restyle and highlights today and love it. My colour is fabulous and my haircut is just what I wanted, Jenina is wonderful, I highly recommend Jenina for both hair cutting and colour.
