I went in for a waxing service and I had a wonderful experience with Maritza! Even though I showed up a little bit late, she completed the entire service, made the whole experience comfortable and painless and told me what she was doing before she did it so I knew what to expect! She was wonderful to talk to and made me feel very comfortable overall. The rooms were clean and smelled lovely and the attention she paid to my hair and skin type and the modifications she made to make sure I didn't end up with any irritated skin was so appreciated. Definitely come here!!

Many a salon in Ipswich I have tried but I always return to Purity. Worth every penny. Love Suzanne - if you're new to waxing or a bit lower on the pain tolerance scale then she's the one for you. Will take her time and use all the techniques to make you feel comfortable without rushing you. Cannot recommend this salon enough.

Amazing as always. Been using Samantha’s new ‘Saviour’ balm on my cuticles. I’m a boatbuilder by trade and I’m certain Samantha is secretly horrified by my hands but far too polite and professional to ever say anything. Saw her today after five weeks of applying the balm and the difference is astonishing. It’s seriously good stuff - and issued with excellent advice. Highly recommend. 🥰

5 Stars! I had an amazing experience at BdonebyB Beauty Salon! From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and pampered. The salon is spotless, beautifully decorated, and has such a calming vibe. I had a full pamper session—nails, facial, massage, and waxing—and every service was done with such care and professionalism. My nails are flawless, my skin is glowing, and I left feeling totally relaxed and refreshed. B is incredibly talented, friendly, and really knows how to make you feel special. I had a lovely pedicure with the lovely Clare today and I felt completely pampered. Now it feels like I’m walking on air. The salon has a great vibe and the staff are friendly and welcoming. Definitely recommend.

Excellent once again. Have never kept up with waxing in the past as didn’t get great results, but Ellen done such a great job the first time will now be a regular.
