Poppy is honestly a magician. My lashes are perfect full, fluffy, and exactly the style I asked for and my brows absolutely flawless. She shaped them to suit my face so naturally. Poppy is just the loveliest soul to be around. She made me feel comfortable, cared for, and genuinely listened to what I wanted. The vibe is always relaxed, friendly, and professional you can tell she takes real pride in her work. Always felt nervous going to someone new for any beauty treatment. I have to say her personality was amazing she really makes the venue calm relaxing and welcomes you makes you feel at ease it’s not rushed and I discussed my concerns & then Niki advised me. This was my second visit firstly Botox for my neck and it certainly improved my appearance & I was happy with the results. My second treatment was cheek filler and a very small amount of lip filler as I prefer a natural look. The results after trusting Niki and the process are outstanding and it’s given me so much more confidence. Thank you
