First time at Elaine’s and was more than happy with my waxing appointment. Felt very relaxed and comfortable throughout I am delighted to have found a local beautician and looking forward to returning and trying out a few of the other treatments on offer

I previously sent pictures of what I wanted as requested and meeting Joanna I found her really pleasant and easy to communicate with. The consultation was to discuss exactly what was required and 'try on' the look. I booked an appointment for treatment and another for a touch up and left a deposit.The treatment room is a lovely place too. I wanted a very subtle upper eyeliner, close to the lashes. After initially numbing the area I was pleasantly surprised by how unpainful it was: a bit like putting mascara on with a spiky mascara brush. After about 90 minutes I was very happy with the result
