Won't let anyone other than Jamie near my face with a needle. Jamie is amazing and so compassionate during treatment. I've been attending Synergy for several years for botox and non-surgical rhinoplasty. I recommend the clinic to anyone wanting treatment. The rest of the staff are lovely and the clinic is pristine.

I booked the 10-in-1 pamper package with Pin and it was simply phenomenal! From the moment I arrived, the atmosphere was calm and welcoming, and every treatment flowed seamlessly into the next. Each step felt intentional and indulgent, from soothing massages to a glowing facial, leaving me completely relaxed and refreshed. Absolutely a joy to come in and see the girl, what a fantastic gang of highly experienced girls who make you feel welcome and heard. no pressure, no upselling, nothing but good advice and a comforting listening ear. Everything is tailored to you, your wants and needs. The best advice given is that with truth. If they think it's right, they will help, if not they wouldn't risk anyone health. I would love to keep them a secret but that wouldn't be fair, they're all gorgeous and very clever, hugely experienced in their own fields. Jamie, Kirsty and Charley, and the other girls never stop. ❤️

Cannot thank Carl enough :) my sons have had some bad experiences at barbers and didn’t want to have their haircut. After seeing Carls facebook I could tell that he genuinely cared about what he was doing and felt like I would be able to explain exactly what my boys wanted and I was right! What a lovely experience, Pin is so great as a person, and a pro at her job! Such a fab little room with soothing sounds and lights. Very much a cosy vibe! The Thai compress massage is such a good alternative if you fancy something slightly different than hot stones. Im sure I will be back again very soon 👍

Amazing as always. 1st time filler for me and Jamie was the best. Talked me through everything, showed me the dreaded before and after pictures (amazing results straight after the needle) and talked me through my aftercare. Can’t fault anything, really nice to have a catch up too 😊 Jamie also spent time with my mother in law to talk her through some tweakments - thank you! No one else I’d trust with my face 🥰
