This is the third time I’ve been to Fran for a wax now and she is AMAZING. The extended bikini goes as far as you’d like it to and I’ve never met anyone so thorough (and I have the whole shebang done girls). If you’re a waxing girl you know how annoying (aka infuriating!!) it is when little bits get missed but Fran has absolutely none of that. I leave 1000% silky smooth every single time, never needing at home touch ups with the tweezers & she makes you feel TOTALLY at ease throughout the entire appointment. I’ll never go anywhere else again! 10 *s if I could give them ⭐️ Thanks so much Fran xx

I had such a great experience getting my hair done. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and comfortable. The stylist really listened to what I wanted and gave helpful suggestions to suit my face shape and style. The treatment itself was done with so much care and attention to detail—I left feeling fresh, confident, and absolutely loving my new look. The atmosphere was relaxing, the team was friendly, and everything felt professional yet warm. I’ll definitely be coming back and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a quality cut, colour and great overall experience!

Never had a Hopi treatment before & so decided to give it a go (seeing as Doctors don’t offer ear syringing any more). It was really lovely & relaxing! Lovely pressure point area on face type treatment beforehand, then the Hopi treatment & finally a facial massage with oils. I’ll definitely be booking this again & highly recommend!

I have been going to Pheobe for a while and I cannot express how amazing HD Beauty Bar is, the salon is STUNNING but more so Pheobe remembers every detail that is going on in your personal life and always checks in to make sure you are okay. It feels like an hour catch up with your friend and at the end of it your lashes look amazing, I have also had a chemical peel with Pheobe and as someone with sensitive skin and I don’t try out a lot of services like this, I am blown away! I have loved every set of lashes and my facial service too, I cannot recommend Pheobe more. One of a kind❤️

Charlotte is a lovely girl so friendly & bubbly. I've had a spray tan, brows tint/wax, gel nails done on several occasions her attention to detail is fab, I highly recommend Charlotte :)

Had my 1st ever Botox was a bit apprehensive but needn’t have been. Sarah was so lovely, explained everything throughly & put me at my ease. I found the procedure surprisingly quite painless, just a bit of discomfort when I had the Botox above my upper lip. I’m due back in 2 weeks for a check & top up so fingers crossed I will see results by then 👍😂

Amazing service from Sarah.. Put me at ease, very little pain. Has great knowledge of facial anatomy and what procedures would be beneficial.
