This is the second visit I’ve had with lily at trim street and she’s the best, so lovely and makes my salon visit so pleasant as does everyone in the salon. During the consultation Lily made sure she knew exactly what I wanted, listening and suggesting the best colour for me and yet again exceeded expectations🤍 left the salon feeling so pleased.

Another fantastic appointment with Lauren, who does my waxing. As always, she was really friendly and professional. She has that ideal combination of being absolutely lovely (creating a calm, reassuring atmosphere, where you don’t feel embarrassed and can ask any question you like) and being very skilled (so it is pain-free and with excellent results). I recommend Lauren very highly - my friends go to her too, now, and agree that she’s the best in Bath!

Cassie is an absolute angel, super experienced and knowledgeable. She tailors each treatment to the individual so is very person-centred. So far have had waxing treatments which has left my skin in much better condition and less hair growth, and facials from which I have seen significant results. Would highly recommend.

Aliona is BY FAR the best I've had for waxing, especially eyebrows and face. The wax she uses is super soothing and gentle, and her technique is super quick and so thorough (this lady doesn't miss a hair!). Thank you Aliona, I will be back!

Whatever your need, waxing, facials, massages Fran is your gal. Fran always meets you where you are at whether tensions and muscles are tight and you need a relax or need some beauty pampering. Always such a lovely experience having my hair done with Will at 12 Trim Street. He’s absolutely fab! Both as a hairdresser and as a person and the rest of the staff are all so welcoming and attentive. Always leave with a big smile on my face. Thankyou Will!
