Where to start??? I haven’t been well for the past couple weeks so I was only exfoliating once a week or when I felt like it. Moving on, my appointment was today and I had some ingrowns as expected and a couple black heads due to my inconsistency. nonetheless, my wax went smoothly and I loved the new wax we used today! I hardly felt a thing. If you didn’t take anything from this…just know that exfoliating and moisturizing is extremely important in your waxing journey.

I felt so relaxed and refreshed after my services (swedish massage and express facial) ! (Like a new woman who could conquer anything) Everything was on point 💯🙌🏽 Ambience, professionalism, comfort 10 out of 10! I had been considering laser hair removal for a few years but shied away due to the cost and fear of it hurting. When Aunty Tash told me she was offering laser I knew she was someone I could trust to make it as comfortable as possible. Though it did sting a bit, all of the cooling processes she used helped so much. I had very minimal redness, bumps or pain during and after. It was no where near as painful or intense as I thought it would be and would arguably say waxing hurts more. I can’t wait for my next session and highly recommend laser to anyone considering trying! You will not regret it.

Lovely owner. Great service. I am a tourist over from the UK so was nervous about getting a wax from someone other than my regular one. I walked to the salon from Carlisle Bay but recommend getting a bus or taxi if you don’t like walking. Owner sent directions before apt with detailed instructions. Got a very warm welcome and she even cut my partners hair whilst he waited and put on paw patrol for my daughter. Wax was the exact same as back home. They listened to what my normal service was like and replicated it.

This wasn't my first time getting a Brazilian wax but I didn't get it done from island serenity,got it done somewhere else and I didn't had a great experience. But when I tell you Kim talk me through everything and it was quick. Kim and her assistant really made me feel comfortable. Great service and I will definitely be back. And will recommend anyone who is thinking about getting wax but not sure try island serenity you wouldn't be disappointed.

This was my first time waxing and the experience was AMAZING. I was very nervous going in, but they made me feel very comfortable. I have a low pain tolerance and it really wasn’t that bad. It was very quick and I left extremely satisfied 🤗 I will definitely be returning.

This experience truly exceeded my expectations. First of a the facility was equ all of spas inEurope and North America in terms of design decor and ambience . Roxanne was very professional kind and patient and gave me the after care routine and products with very clear instructions. Yesterday was day ten and my brows are healed and look lovely. I had no adverse effectso just slightly itchy at times but they gave ano ointment for that. Now I feel.confident with a beautiful frame for my face. 10 out of 10 for Mint Beauty and their micro blading treatment.

First time receiving waxing for eyebrows that I was treated to such exceptional service..The service provider did an extremely good job at shaping my eyebrows.....and was also personable....Will return for other services and will share my experience with friends and colleagues ..

I usually get a wax and my hair done. This time I got my nails done , as usually service is great. I love my nails!!!!!!’

My experience was awesome, my wax was done so fast I did not notice it was finish. My nails is gorgeous. I love Niva for the quietness and I don’t have to wait for hours. When the appointment is set for a particular time you start at that time.

Kavia your work is very good. You need more speed sweetheart so you can make more money.
