Shri was wonderful !! It's always a little daunting to have threading or waxing done, but Shri was professional, efficient and lightning fast. It was over as soon as possible and as painlessly as possible. The tinting of my eyebrows was perfect - just a natural brown and a more natural effect than the glam look that is popular. It was perfect for this Grandma and I totally appreciated it. Shri was only too happy to do exactly what I required. I didn't feel like I was a little old or out of fashion - it was all about what I wanted. Thank you Shri.

I'm very happy with Sidd. Always happy with him & the biggest thing is that I trust him with my hair. I've hardly ever trusted anyone with my hair. I can honestly say, that he knows how to cut/style my hair to suit my face, to suit me & to suit my hair. All without me needing to explain. He's a great hairdresser 😊

Just perfect, as always. I cannot fault Ruma. She's incredible. I'm medically very unwell, and I walked into my appointment feeling ugly and sick. I always leave feeling attractive and looking well. That's pretty talented as far as I'm concerned. What a wonderful place to come to once/week to spoil myself. And a big "hi!" to the other girls I know there- Minal, Alyssa, Repita, and all the rest.

I had a really great experience, Mish was so lovely and kind. Mish is extremely talented, I was so happy with my make up and the experience as a whole. Mish also did mine and my bridesmaids make up for my wedding on 10/10/25, my bridesmaids felt pampered and beautiful. I had a really good experience here. It was my first time at Zigbis, and the service was really friendly and the place had a really calm atmosphere. My stylist did a really great job of nailing the haircut I wanted while still adjusting it to suit my face shape. I’m really happy with how it turned out and I’ll probably be back next time I need one!

I’ve been getting my eyebrows done with Mishel and she always does such a fantastic job. She really takes the time to ask what I’m after, checks in on how they lasted from the previous visit, and pays great attention to detail. My brows always turn out beautifully and I couldn’t be happier with the results!

Had a great leg wax treatment from Sri today. I was having a bit of a stressful day and Sri gave me a massage after waxing and I left feeling very relaxed. Will definately be a return customer.
