My first facial in a very long time and 5 months post partum, Sylvia took the time and care to understand my skin needs and recommended the Ready, Set, Glow treatment. Her treatment space is wonderfully relaxing and she explained each step and what she was doing. A super hydrating and amazing boost to a very tired face, I felt like a new woman after an hour with her. Thank you for making this new mumma feel normal and fresh again! Cannot recommend highly enough. Thank you for a lovely facial treatment.

Dallia is an amazing therapist. Not only is she incredibly kind and personable, but extremely talented. Her studio is beautiful and she makes the experience as well as the service feel amazing! I got a lash lift (to preface o have naturally very sparse lashes) and she performed one of the best lash lifts I’ve ever had! 10/10 recommend!

Maria is hands down one of the best lash artists I’ve ever been to, especially for Asian eyes. I’ve been seeing her for 2+ years now and she nails it every time. Recently, she did bottom lashes on me for the first time (never thought I’d do that) and wow... total game changer. The whole look came together so perfectly. She just gets it. Plus, she’s the sweetest person ever, warm, funny, and makes you feel super relaxed. (Your girl was deep sleep snoring in-between 😂) If you’re in Black Rock and want lashes that actually suit your face, go see Maria. You’ll be obsessed. 💕💕💕

Great for first time waxing; so gentle and caring. Love getting my nails done there as they have a great variety of colours and attention to details is exquisite.

Had a great experience with Elly. She was very professional, explained everything and was very kind,. To be honest as someone that hasn’t really had treatments before, when I got home, I was feeling a bit uneasy as to how my face looked, but a week later after VPL and removal of some pigmentation on my skin with a plasma pen, my face looks so much better after only treatment. Will be back for more. I’m glad I’ve found a skin specialist I can trust.

Had my in-grown toe nails cleaned and straightened in no time and feels like new! The ladies were lovely and very inviting as they went through the options and explained what might work best for me. They also helped me out with top coat options to maintain cuticle strength and knew exactly how to help me out with my reference photo. She followed the reference and the nails turned out exactly how I imagined. She was very sweet and complimented me as well as checking whether I was happy. We had good laughs and the smiles all round made for such a welcoming and fun experience. Highly recommended.
