She created such a warm, safe, and welcoming space where I felt genuinely cared for throughout the entire experience. She really took the time to listen to my needs and goals, and tailored the facial treatment specifically for me, including the most wonderful lymphatic massage. She has just moved into a brand new location and it is absolutely stunning: shiny, spotless and so welcoming from the moment you walk in. She is so professional and clearly knows her stuff whether you’re coming in for a wax or a facial massage. The results are consistently great and she makes the whole process feel effortless. She is also just really warm and friendly which makes such a difference. It feels less like an appointment and more like catching up with someone you trust.

I had a great experience since the start. The neighborhood where the studio is located is lovely. Camila is an exceptional professional. She is careful, attentive and sweet! Her massage is magical and I felt completely relaxed afterwards! It was the perfect treat for my birthday celebration. After the massage, we had a nice tea and a chat. I will definitely come back!

I’ve been seeing Isabel monthly since 2021 and I don’t let anyone else touch my skin except Isabel :) She’s always gentle but very thorough with extractions, and the facials are always customised to my current skin needs. I use a lot less makeup now compare to before seeing Isabel regularly for treatments because my skin condition really has improved a lot. Obrigada ❤️
